Terms and Conditions
- The service is available for selected flagship models only. the sign or logo will shown on the sales invoice and product page.
- The service will cover one year (365 calendar dates) free product renew cost including logistic and swap unit, starting from invoice date.
- The coverage only can be applied for the product quality issues, not including man-made failure, include unit fell, drain by liquid ,or high temperature damage etc.
- The swap unit may not be same model due to the product on market is keep changing, an same segment product will be swapped upon buyer's confirmation.
- Process : constomer request shipping label by contacting retail shop or online service reps. The swap unit will be sent back after the units reaches the warehouse.
- Sinefine Select will keep right to explain the terms and conditions.

Unopenned products could be fully refunded for any reason within 30 calendar days from the oder date. The refund process will begin once the products reaches out warehouse.
- Returns must include all accessories.
- Items must include original packaging.
- For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For products quality related claims, we will cover all the related cost.
- Special listed products(Final sale) can not be refunded if without any quality issues.
- The refund ony applicable for the goods sold on Sinefine official stores.
